All Showfore drivers are licensed and bonded for the protection of the homeowner

Step 1

A buyer opens the app or visits the site

The buyer enters the address they are interested in viewing, or, a zip code of an area they are interested in with homes they want to see.

Step 2

The buyer is matched with a Showfore driver for that specific area. A nearby Showfore driver sees and chooses to accept the buyers request to view the home of their interest. The buyer pays a small holding fee to meet the Showfore driver at the specific home IF the seller does not have an existing account with Showfore. The Showfore driver confirms they will be at the home of interest.

Step 3

The Showfore driver meets the buyer at the home within the specific time limit.

Step 4

The Showfore driver simply lets the buyer in the home via lockbox or other approved methods by the home owner. The Showfore driver waits for the buyer to walk the inside of the property. If the buyers have any questions concerning the home, the Showfore driver will advise the buyer to speak with the owner/listing agent.

Step 5

The Showfore driver and buyer leave the home locked and secured. The buyer either has another home to view at which point the Showfore driver can elect to meet the buyer at the next home, or, the buyer moves on and the Showfore driver is done.
